In-Game Config Screen & Family Toggles!

Added an in-game configuration screen (accessible from the Mods list) for editing settings without leaving the game.

Added a master "enabled" toggle for each display family (Original, Plaques, Racks) that overrides its individual display/case/wall options, making it quicker to disable a whole group at once.

Requires TheDragonLib 1.2.0 or newer.
