What's new

SVR Quests 0.5.0

New objectives: stations and tools

  • Use a block (svrquests:use_block): right-click a block, such as a crafting table, a furnace or an Affixology station. With an item, that item (a tool) has to be used on it, like a hoe on dirt or flint and steel on obsidian.
  • Make an item (svrquests:craft): crafted at a table or in the inventory grid, taken out of a furnace, a smithing table, a stonecutter, or anything else the game counts as crafted. Counted in items, with optional NBT. It can be tied to one station window.
  • Put items in a station (svrquests:slot_item): with the station's window open, the named slots hold the named items. Slots count from 0 (crafting table: 1-9 is the grid; furnace: 0 input, 1 fuel; anvil: 0 and 1). Several slots can be required at once with a slots list.
  • Finish a station run (svrquests:process): the station does its work. Either its result is taken out (an anvil repair or enhancement, a craft, a trade), or one of its buttons goes through (the enchanting table, Affixology's infusion, sacrifice, analysis and remodelling stations). Optional filters: what came out, and what had to be in an input slot as it started, for example the sword in slot 0 for an anvil enhancement.
  • All four are in the editor, with a searchable list of every station window type on the server.

Changed

  • Not every villager has an errand. Each villager now has a job going on a given day only some of the time: 30% by default, set by villagers.errandChance in config/svrquests-server.json. A villager with nothing today shows no ! and does not offer the "anything I can help with?" choice. The roll is per villager per day, so it is the same for every player.
