Lets survival players place, use, and mine command blocks without creative mode or op.
You can place them in survival, just like any other block.
Right click them to open the full editor and set the command, mode (impulse, chain, repeat), conditional, and redstone options.
Break them and they drop themselves so you can move them, and this setting can be changed in config to make them unbreakable again.
