Survival Utilities

After a year or something, finally have fixed the stream axe. i think. probably. haven't tested in multiplayer, barely tested in singleplayer. it works. in theory.

-There is now config to limit the number of logs the Stream Axe can break.

-This is 128 by default

-Hopefully should help with server lag and stuff

-This means that axing is a slightly more complicated process so when chopping may perform worse briefly

-But it's probably fine

-This might not actually work, message me if it's broken (especially for servers)
