Survival Utilities

-Improved the Stream Axe:

 -Now cuts logs for times as fast

 -Durability penalty is more reasonable so it's easier to use

 -Code is much more efficient so should cause less lag overall

 -Now compatible with most modded logs (tested extensively with forestry and the principle is the same for other mods so should still work)

 -Now works with dark oak and acacia (thanks, Zonko)

Known Bugs:

 -Only cuts in a single chunk, currently unknown but likely caused by a different mod, for if you're playing Hunting Monsters, not sure why it happens yet.
