Surrounding Indicators v1.3.0

• Updated to 26.1.2 on NeoForge!
• Added in-game configuration screen accessed via the mods menu.
• Added new config option to display a player's locator bar waypoint icon next to their name. (If the locator bar is disabled on the server, this will not show)
• Entirely reworked indicator sprite system. Now supports resource packs changing sprites for specific mobs, or even entity tags. More info can be found on the GitLab's Wiki.
