- Added Ruby Armor, Ruby Tools, Block of Ruby, Ruby Ore, Chiseled Block of Ruby
- A /heal command has been added. This sets your player to max health in one command
- Emerald Apple and Chiseled Block of Emerald now have crafting recipes

Bug Fixes:
- Emerald Armor will now properly display the enchantment glint
- Emerald Apple now gives proper effects when eaten
- Chiseled Block of Emerald will no longer randomly disappear when mined
