  • Add support for Cave Generator, Worley's Caves and anything else that uses the Forge map event to provide a cave generator.
  • Added support for ravines in a similar fashion.
  • Modified all generators to call the Forge events by default when looking for a provider.
  • Modified population to also trigger the water and lava lake events.
  • Modified population to trigger the animals (if tagged) and ice events.
  • New flags for generation: "caves" to enable caves, "ravines" to enable ravines, and "animals" to enable animals/spawn generation. (Not entirely sure how/if this will work).
