Bug fixes, mainly fix the server connect issue on mc 1.21.1.

  • Fix dimension payload register issue that causing client cannot connect to server which both installed SFCR on mc1.21.1 (affected both on fabric & neoforge).
  • Fix client command /sfcr (use to open configScreen) no functioning on fabric-1.20.1, 1.21.1.
  • Fix server command will override by client command when connect to a server.
    • client command /sfcr now rename to /sfcrconfig to prevent that issue.
  • Fix config will meaningless reload when open createNewWorld screen & connectingServer screen.
  • Fix server config forgot to save after server command callback.
  • Fix cloudHeight will get infinity increased when open & close configScreen continuously.
  • Remove biomeDetectUseLoadedChunk option cuz it useless.
  • Slightly improved threshold calculation.
  • Mod icon update & other small fix.
