1) Configuration files now auto generate with default options. Beforehand, only an empty config was generated
2) Config file format now puts comments on new lines instead of same line
3) Added commands to change configuration in game, and modify the config file as you're still playing
4) Added a command to set the lives of ALL players, both online and offline
5) Added a 'softhardcore' prefix to all commands
6) Fixed the life regeneration system, allowing players to regenerate multiple lives if the regeneration cooldown has passed multiple times (e.g. if the cooldown is 10 seconds and 30 seconds have passed, you get 3 lives instead of 1)
