Finally fix drops simulation on server
Fixed
- Really fix the drop simulation not working in multiplayer (I swear).
- Fix /smtanalyze command not working on dedicated servers. Do note the loot analysis part is quite slower on dedicated servers (about 2-3x), due to the lack of client-side optimizations.
