go to the nether to fight bedrock man! he will drop bedrock fragments used to craft a bedrock pickaxe and portable chests.

At the bottom of the world is mineable bedrock!
it is hard to break but gives fragments which are required to craft the bedrock pickaxe!
then you can mine nether bedrock and then the end bedrock!
you can also store your stuff in the portable chest!!! It took a while to make in MCreator but I managed it
