Only ride able mob in the game at the moment. Has insane movement speed along with very powerful attacks. Can be calmed down with a specific meal, to make it a great mount. Also comes in lots of fruity colours!
These creatures love to attack fish, and drop a special item when killed fish.. Be careful, as they have powerful frozen-ranged attacks that freeze you!
These cute little cave pigs spawn underground in water pools. They drop tasty meat, and breed quickly!
One of the few species of mobs that have evolved and adapted to the sun. Be warned, as they are extremely powerful and are to be taken seriously
Fish spawn in different dimensions which have a rare chance to drop ancient ingots, used for legendary lost gear! Go hunt either the end sturgeon, nether piranha, or the manta!
These very rare beetles are a big part of the mod as armor, tools, potions and features are unlocked with their powerful husks! If lucky enough, you might even find the ancient gold Scarab....
The Sun guardian is the key to late game dimensions and items. Be wary, as it has incredible strength and health
Defeat these powerful creatures to get a chance of obtaining runes. Runes allow the chance of extremely powerful permanent upgrades!
They are so cute! What can possible go wrong....? If these small guys manage to get to you, they will eat the item in your main hand and run away! Once they steal it, there is no getting it back.. Feed them peaches to keep them on their butts!
Feed these yaks ores to grow it on their hair, and later shear them for 3x the profit!
With a huge variety of weapons and armor, taking on monsters will be a breeze!

Sun's Calamity Is a challenging mod, adding many new hazards to the Minecraft world. The sun has become lethal, burning and destroying any mob in its path besides those who evolved from it;thus adding tons of new features. These being new mobs, effects, life style, and obviously the sun. Of course, there being many ways of not dying and getting cooked to a crisp, the mod was intended to be played with tough as nails to make it a complete, realistic challenge. The Point of the Mod is to survive in a new, unusual way under the surface.

How to survive:
- Collecting Moonshine Flowers; this stuff will be used throughout all the mod
- Making moonshine potions to be able to go above to the surface
- Avoid the sun creatures as they have adapted to the environment and will NOT be an easy fight
- Take advantage of the fast nights; The surface provides lots of necessary resources in order to survive burning
- Fight from a huge list of bosses and new mobs! All powerful with unique, and difficult fighting abilities
