An original-art Curios expansion inspired by Arknights, adding 10 Summy Reliquary accessories across the New Testament and Apoptosis routes, with bow combat, falling arrows, elemental damage, executions, wild-chest progression, and death-protected loot.

This is a custom non-commercial license. It is not an OSI-approved open-source license.

This license applies to three categories of material: source code, assets, and artifacts. The common conditions across all three categories are:

1. Non-commercial modpack inclusion and free redistribution are permitted.
2. Attribution and all required notices must be preserved.
3. Commercial use of any kind is prohibited.

This license applies to all official distribution channels for the project, including GitHub, CurseForge, Modrinth, and MCMOD. When a platform asks for the license, select "Custom" and reproduce the complete text of this license.


SECTION 1. SOURCE CODE

Permission is granted to:

1. Read, study, and modify the source code.
2. Use the source code in non-commercial modpacks and non-commercial derivative works.

You must:

1. Preserve attribution to "Summy Reliquary: Apocrypha" and its author, Summy.
2. Preserve this license and all required notices.

SECTION 2. ASSETS

1. All textures in this project, including the 10 item textures, 10 slot icons, light-wing texture, and demon-wing texture, were independently drawn and supplied by the project's artist. The project reserves all rights to these assets.

2. The assets may be used in non-commercial modpacks and non-commercial derivative works, provided that clear attribution is retained.

3. No third-party game textures have been copied, extracted, or adapted for use in this project.

4. The themes, terminology, and mechanical design of the New Testament and Apoptosis systems are inspired by Arknights. Summy Reliquary: Apocrypha is not an official Arknights product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the rights holders of Arknights. No Arknights code or assets are included in this project.

5. Summy Reliquary: Apocrypha has no association with The Binding of Isaac and does not use its code, names, settings, textures, or any other assets.

6. The Paired Wings item texture is also used as the project's mod icon.

7. Commercial use of any project asset is prohibited.


SECTION 3. ARTIFACTS

This section applies to released builds such as the distributed JAR file.

Permission is granted to:

1. Include unmodified artifacts in non-commercial modpacks.
2. Redistribute unmodified copies for non-commercial purposes.
3. Modify an artifact for personal use or for compatibility with a non-commercial modpack.

You must:

1. Preserve this complete license and all attribution and notices contained in CREDITS.md.
2. Identify the mod name and author when redistributing the artifact.
3. Link back to the official release page when redistributing the artifact.

You may not:
