Sulfur & Friends is a small quality-of-life mod for Minecraft's Chaos Cubed drop, all about sulfur cubes and sulfur geysers. Available for Fabric and NeoForge on Minecraft 26.x.
Geyser eruption warning Potent sulfur geysers now telegraph their eruption: sulfur bubbles rise from the vent and a low rumble sounds about 3 seconds before it blows. One warning per cycle.
Bucket archetype tooltips Bucketed sulfur cubes show their archetype (e.g. "Archetype: Slow Bouncy") right in the item tooltip, so you can tell your cubes apart at a glance.
Cube persistence Sulfur cubes that have absorbed a block no longer despawn when you walk away.
Archetype field guide Press G in-game to open a scrollable guide listing every sulfur cube archetype, its traits, and example blocks that produce it — including datapack-defined archetypes.
