This update adds a few new ways to automate and use your crops.
- Dispensers with Shears can now harvest mature Large Herb, Tobacco, and Chili plants.
- Farmers can pick up and plant Ephedra Seeds.
- Herb Buds and Dried Herb Buds can be fired from Create's Potato Cannon.
- Relaxation now also penalizes ranged attacks against mobs and players.
- Improved mob equipment data-pack support, including priorities and vanilla equipment overrides.
