As of now 'Our Moon' does not have any entrances, however the building block is in game currently. Upon expansion the Level will be released in the 3.0.0 update along with items and sublevels.

Description
Subliminal, is a mod based off The Backrooms. It currently features Level 0 and is not survival friendly for now and is only usable in Creative Mode. Bugs are to be expected. It can be expected that you will have a unique adventure with the backrooms and how it may generate. Liminality will soon introduce items, 25 levels, 5 sublevels, and 2 unnumbered levels. For now you may explore Level 0 and Level 2 only. For now, one may use the various building blocks to create decor, whether it be a backrooms based base or other.

Locate an A-Sync Facility. From there you will find Chevron Wallpaper. Collide with it and then you are officially in the rabbit hole.
