-completely overhauled fishing to be more realistic, now it reels in actual fish entities instead of fish items (also added a new enchantment to counteract this)
-added generic "fish" entity (obtainable only through fishing)
-added new items for raw cod and cooked cod (obtained by fishing, with a weight of 30), reverted vanilla items back to raw fish and cooked fish
-added marine biologist villager type (check configs and source code for more info)
-added froglights (only obtainable through marine biologist until I add frogs in a later update)
-added mud & mud bricks (mud bricks have stairs, slabs, and walls)
-added new recipe type: block soaking (expanded version of vanilla's mechanic of using water bottles on dirt to get mud)
-added rooted dirt & hanging roots (generates underneath all properly coded trees, can be disabled via config)
-added glow lichen
-added smooth stone, smooth sandstone, smooth red sandstone, smooth quartz block, and smooth lapis lazuli block (all with stars & slabs)
-certain vanilla items now require smooth stone instead of normal stone in their recipes, those items being: repeaters, comparators, and stone slabs (renamed to smooth stone slabs)
-backported the gradual air replenishing mechanic from 1.13, can be disabled via config
-all tropical fish variants now have unique bucket textures (instead of all being nemo while in a bucket)
-added tropical fish tooltip info
-new custom textures for creative tab
-all of this mod's world gen features are fully configurable (kelp, seagrass, etc)
-rework vanilla mushroom blocks (metadata items for mushroom stems & hyphae)
-mushroom blocks can now be silk touched (toggleable via config)
-mushroom blocks can now be fortuned (toggleable via config)
-mushroom stems can now have their default drops removed (via config)
-added mushroom block recipes
-renamed mushrooms & mushroom blocks (to brown mushroom & red mushroom respectively)
-potion enchant glint is now toggleable via config
-exp bottle enchant glint is now toggleable via config
-dragon's breath enchant glint is now toggleable via config
-levers now emit redstone dust particles while powered
-change water potion color to use the same color as water buckets
-change the water inside water bottles to be translucent (can be toggled via config)

-heavily improve bubble pop particle sound effects (also, now the SFX are enabled by default)
-bubble particles now last longer (can be disabled via config)
-opening a chest underwater now plays a different sound than on the surface
-bubble particles now appear when opening a chest underwater (the amount of particles that appear is configurable)
-bubble particles now appear when an explosion occurs underwater (the amount of particles that appear is configurable)
-backport biome water colors for all Biomes O' Plenty biomes
-backport biome water colors for all Twilight Forest biomes
-fish are now generally more likely to swim around instead of staying still
-add new oredict entry for dried kelp: "foodDriedKelp"

-the vanilla ocean biomes, forest biomeTag, and river biomeTag now use vanilla java edition biome water colors by default instead of bedrock edition ones
-config option to toggle the ability to place nautilus shells (this was already in the mod, the config option is what's new)
-config option to toggle whether or not items float in water (this was already in the mod, the config option is what's new)
-config option to toggle whether or not xp orbs float in water (this was already in the mod, the config option is what's new)
-config option for dead coral bone meal revival (this was already in the mod, the config option is what's new)
-add new system for modpack devs to customize what coral blocks get generated (using GroovyScript)
-add new functionality to pumpkin generation, can now set the chance for pumpkins to generate without a face (float from 0 to 1)
-rename vanilla lapis block from "Lapis Block" to "Block of Lapis Lazuli", as to be consistent with literally every other gem/ingot block in the game
-pufferfish now apply their active potion effects to other entities when stinging them (like creepers do when they explode)
-replace vanilla's pufferfish texture with the 1.14 one, as to better match this mod's pufferfish bucket & pufferfish entity textures
