What's new
1.0.1
Fixes a placeholder parsing bug and improves compatibility with style files written for the original Fabric mod.
Fixed
- Placeholders with a format argument no longer appear as raw text. A style using
%player:playtime "dd"o "HH"h "mm"MIN "ss"s%rendered the whole placeholder literally instead of a value, because spaces and quotes were rejected. The rule now matches Placeholder API's own, and the first space is split off as the format argument. %server:ms%and the_coloredspellings of the MSPT placeholders rendered empty.${...}keys were restricted to word characters.
Added
- Duration format arguments for
%player:playtime%,%player:session_time%and%server:uptime%. Two character tokensdd,HH,hh,mmandssare substituted and everything else is copied through literally. A token only counts when it is not touching a letter, so words likesummerare left alone. With no argument the output is1d2h3m4s, matching the original mod. - Formatting tag aliases from Placeholder API:
b,i,em,u,underlined,st,obf, matrix,c,col, colour,g,gr,hgr,rb, andclearas the name of the full reset. - Single quotes around a tag argument are stripped, so
<color:'#FF0000'>works. - An unregistered placeholder is left in the output verbatim, as the original does, so a typo is visible instead of silently blank.
Reminder
Quotes inside a placeholder format have to be escaped in JSON:
"<yellow>%player:playtime \"dd\"o \"HH\"h \"%mm\"m \"%ss\"s%</yellow>"
