Styled Blocks Mod [FORGE]

As of Minecraft 1.14, Styled Blocks requires the Carrots library!

-DEV: Rebuilt against forge-1.16.5-36.0.1 and carrotslib-mc1.16.4-3.0b3
-FIX: Config file now uses Forge framework
-FIX: A few block -> slab stone cutting recipes that give back only 1 slab
-FIX: Cobblestone Dirt stair textures
-ENH: Some tiles will increase entity speed like pavers (seared brownstone tiles, cloud glass tiles)
-ENH: Some blocks can be used in portal frames (onyx cobblestone, bleeding glowstone) or conduit frames (prismarine blocksets)
-NEW: Config options to bulk-disable particular blocksets. Note this option just hides the blocks by default; to disable CREATION of the blocks entirely (eg. skinny modpacks), you need to activate the 'disabled_means_undefined' option separately (and deal with the exploding mod datapack issues like broken tags, loot-tables, recipes, etc.).
-NEW: Config option to control whether trapdoors and doors should inherit their material's flammability (off by default like vanilla)
-NEW: Config option to require a chisel for style card crafting. Mod comes with a special chisel that you can get from a mason or wandering trader for recipe crafting only (does NOT work as a general chisel). Any item put in the 'forge:tools/chisels' tag should work. Off by default.
-NEW: Initial try at CTM integration for clear glass blocks/panes and bamboo slat panels.
-NEW: DOORS, DOORS, lotsa DOORS! (only ~50% done...a few more to come)
-NEW: Merged a few new blocksets added since 1.15: polished glowstone, dark gray, calypso lime, and leaf-green dyed planks, a couple new types of bars, a heavy dirt paver blockset (variant of dirt paver), mixed stone pavers, Endywood blockset, Longcut wooden shingles and a couple stone shingle varieties.
