Shared libraries for STYGION mods: SQLite and SFTP, unmodified, with their licences. Required by STYGION Keystone.
STYGION Library carries the third-party code our mods share, so each of them can stay small and plain Java.
What is inside, exactly as Maven Central serves it:

The libraries are nested unmodified (NeoForge Jar-in-Jar), never relocated or rebuilt, with their licence files in META-INF/licenses/. sqlite-jdbc contains SQLite's native library for each operating system; that is the only native code in any STYGION mod, and it is the reason it lives here, in a file that rarely changes.
On its own it adds nothing to the game. Install it where you install STYGION Keystone - on the server, and on the client when you play single-player or use Keystone's client half. STYGION Launcher installs it for you.
Licence: STYGION's own code is All Rights Reserved; each nested library keeps its own licence (above).
