Stygian End Re-Continuation

This is a great update I've made, it was worth the wait of 4 months without an update and a bug caused by going too far into the End. Now everything is working perfectly and there's a lot of new content.

And now, here's what's included in this update:

- 3 new biomes: Lunar Meadow, Algea Desert, and Bacterial Valley.

- 12 new entities and a new mini-boss.

- New blocks and items.

- 2 new lanes.

- A new and updated configuration file where you can configure entity and biome generation using the Nether API.

- And lastly, the issue with cascading world generation lag has been fixed. This caused the game to freeze when you went further into the End.
