Stupid Frying Pans

Welcome to Stupid Frying Pans!

This mod adds several completely balanced tools and weapons to your survival experience.

All of the recipies branch off the Frying Pan, so start by crafting that.

Craft the Frying Pan with 4 iron ingots in a U-shape missing a corner (very balanced, I know)

Other recipes are found in the Food and Misc. tabs in the recipe book, and in the Combat and Tools and Utilities creative tabs.

Most of the tools are easy to figure out how to use, but here's an explanation for the more complex ones.

Frying Pan

Works as a normal overpowered weapon but has a "guard" that activates when you crouch. While guarding, any mobs near you will be attacked automatically, projectiles will be deflected, and you are immune to warden sonic booms. See next group for further explanation.

Smashing Pan / Diamond Smashing Pan

Multitools that mine out a 2x2 and 3x3 areas, respectively, but also always drop the block as it's item. (Like silk touch)

Swinging Pan

Essentially a grappling hook. Sneak to despawn your current hook.

The Stunned effect

Stunned is an effect that applies when a mob is hit by a guarded player or when the damage from a Frying Pan is blocked. It makes the entity completely unable to do anything for the duration of the effect, even if they try to override their velocity. This works on basically all mobs including ones from other mods.  Once the effect ends, they receive absurd amounts of damage and if they are still alive, are teleported into the void in case they have some sort of resistance. Use this ability wisely (or don't. I don't care)
