You're falling, they're blocking. One click, and Stun Slamer runs the axe-to-mace combo for you.

💥 What It Does

The mace smash is one of the strongest openers in PvP — but it only lands if you are falling, and it does nothing against a raised shield. Doing it by hand means disabling the shield with an axe, swapping to your mace, and landing the hit before you touch the ground.

Stun Slamer does that swap for you. Attack a shield-blocking player while you're falling, and the mod cancels your click, runs the full chain, and puts you back on your original hotbar slot.

🌟 Key Features

🪓 Automatic axe → mace chain: One click starts it — swap to your hotbar axe, land a single hit to disable the shield, swap to your mace, land a single fully-charged smash, then restore the slot you were originally holding. Exactly one attack per weapon, no spam.
🎯 Only fires when the smash would land: The chain arms only if the target is a player genuinely blocking with a shield and facing you, you are falling with a fall distance above 1.5 blocks, you're within 3.35 blocks, and both an axe and a mace are in your hotbar. Every other attack passes through as a normal vanilla hit.
🪂 Elytra-aware: It won't fire while you're gliding, but it stays available for a short window right after you break off a glide and start descending — so a dive-to-smash still works.
🔄 Aborts cleanly: If you land, leave range, lose the axe or mace, or the target dies mid-chain, the mod cancels the sequence and restores your original hotbar slot. If you switch slots yourself, it leaves your choice alone.
🛡️ Reliable shield detection: Vanilla can leave a re-tracked player's cached item out of sync with the item actually in their hand, making shields read as "not blocking". Stun Slamer reconciles that every tick, so the check doesn't silently fail.
🎨 In-game GUI: Press Right CTRL to toggle the mod, bind a custom toggle key, and switch notifications on or off. The menu doesn't pause the game, and it warns you live if there's no axe or mace in your hotbar.

📖 How to Use

Install Fabric API, then drop the Stun Slamer jar into your mods folder.
Press Right CTRL in-game and hit Enable — the mod ships off by default.
Keep an axe and a mace anywhere in your hotbar. The GUI tells you if one is missing.
Get yourself falling, then attack a shield-blocking opponent in melee range. The combo runs itself — where they're standing doesn't matter, only that you are falling.

💡 Tip: Use the Keybind button in the GUI to bind a single key that toggles the mod mid-fight without opening the menu (Esc while binding clears it). The GUI key itself can be rebound in Minecraft's normal Controls menu.

Your settings are saved to config/stunslamer.properties and persist between sessions.

Stun Slamer is fully standalone. It does not require, and does not conflict with, Shield Breaker.
