Structure respawning item

When playing a modpack, you may sometimes need to clear a dungeon multiple times. However, this usually requires spending a long time searching for a different structure, which can be quite tedious. This mod addresses this issue by adding an item that respawns structures. This item can be crafted using a totem, amethyst, and lapis lazuli (please use JEI).
Using this item will respawn the nearest structure (consumes the item). If the structure contains entities, they will also be respawned. If a player has placed blocks inside the structure, they will almost always be destroyed, so please do not place anything important there.
