V2.4 Forge 21.11 Structure Control Utility

Addition of a 7th structure effect option.  This 7th effect allows you to make the inside of structures dark and spooky.   

Adds feature that allows the mod to run in a "Server Only" mode where no client is required or a "Client Server" mod where a much better custom darkness effect called "Gloom" is used instead of "Darkness" which pulses and which is too strong (more blinding than atmospheric).

If you are not using Darkness, this is functionally the same as v2.3 (which had some server performance improvements) and almost the same as v2.2.

The configuration file is incompatable as is the structures.csv.   The config file will be replaced by forge but you will need to remove the structures.csv or the mod will ignore it.
