Strict Laws - Police, Wanted Level & Prison Escape

Minecraft 1.21.1 / NeoForge support.

A full port from Forge 1.20.1. The networking layer, the police uniform's armor material, the wanted-level HUD and all item NBT handling were rewritten for the 1.21 API. Gameplay is unchanged.

The 1.20.1 (Forge) file is still available and is not affected by this update.

Minecraft 1.21.1 / NeoForge に対応しました。

Forge 1.20.1 からの完全移植です。通信のしくみ、警察の制服の防具素材、指名手配度のHUD、アイテムのNBT処理を、すべて1.21のAPIに合わせて書き直しています。ゲームの内容は変わりません。

1.20.1 (Forge) 版のファイルはそのまま残っているので、これまで通り使えます。
