[26.1.2]StreamShield-1.1.2-fabric.jar
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
StreamShield v1.1.2
This update adds sign-text privacy controls and a configuration hotkey, and fixes a startup crash on Minecraft 1.21.11 Fabric.
Added
- Sign-text filtering: Apply existing redaction rules to signs in the world.
- Blank sign text: Hide all text while keeping the sign model visible. This takes priority over keyword filtering.
- Supports both sides of all vanilla standing, wall, hanging, and wall-hanging signs across all wood types, including dyed and glowing text.
- Configuration hotkey: Press F8 by default to open StreamShield settings. Rebind it in Minecraft’s Key Binds menu. Activates only when no other screen is open.
- Added overlay status checks, manual initialization retry, and privacy-filtered diagnostic exports.
- Added an optional safeguard to hide selected HUD elements locally when the overlay is unavailable.
Fixed & Improved
- Fixed a Minecraft 1.21.11 Fabric startup crash caused by a failed lookup of
PIPELINES_BY_LOCATION. - Fixed related reflection-based field access in the GUI renderer.
- Replaced exclusive GUI-rendering and selected-item-name redirects with chainable Mixin injections, reducing conflicts with other mods targeting the same calls.
- Improved overlay initialization, resource-reload handling, and resource cleanup.
- Improved text replacement and formatting preservation, expanded regression tests, and corrected NeoForge test dependencies.
Notes
- Sign filtering affects client-side world rendering only. Server data and text entered in the sign editor remain unchanged.
- OBS HUD hiding remains Windows-only and is intended for OBS Game Capture. Check your capture preview before streaming.
- Third-party custom signs, independent HUDs, and alternative rendering paths may require additional compatibility work. This update does not guarantee compatibility with every mod.
Supported versions: Minecraft 1.21.11 / 26.1.2 · Fabric / NeoForge
