New happenings

• alright, look having these MASSIVE fricking changelogs is so tiresome and annoying to maintain and there isn't even a need for it.
• with that said, what changes this mod so drastically is how it manages networking (the client-side mod stuff). it lets some new/other checks through now. I think you can call it telemetry? maybe I should change the about page on streamerconfigs then...
• anywho, this --- I believe --- breaks compatibility with that mod, which is why I chose these versioning semantics. I won't waste your time with my thoughts on here. cf diff (in a bad way, allegedly --- what?!)
