🎉 Major Release: StreamerKit 1.0

StreamerKit is a Fabric client mod foundation for stream overlays and creator tools. This release introduces comprehensive multi-version support and enhanced Spotify integration.

✨ New Features

• Multi-Minecraft Version Support: Built and compiled for 6 Minecraft versions:

  • v12111 → Minecraft 1.21.11 (Java 21)
  • v261 → Minecraft 26.1 (Java 25)
  • v2611 → Minecraft 26.1.1 (Java 25)
  • v2612 → Minecraft 26.1.2 (Java 25)
  • v262 → Minecraft 26.2 (Java 25)
  • v263 → Minecraft 26.3 "Wilderness Bound" (Java 25) [NEW]

• Spotify Integration Without Developer Account:

  • Full functionality using manual mode: /sk spotify set <artist> - <title>
  • P key for play/pause toggle
  • NOW PLAYING HUD displays manually set tracks
  • No Spotify Client ID, OAuth, or Developer account required
  • Optional: Web API login via /sk spotify client <id> + /sk spotify login for real-time playback

• Enhanced Spotify Core:

  • SpotifyManager.java: Improved with better mode documentation, null-safety helpers (safeString()/cleanString()), token refresh on "unauthorized" errors, and clearer statusKey() mappings
  • SpotifyAuth.java: Enhanced PKCE flow, improved error handling, better Javadoc explaining out-of-the-box usage

• HUD & Overlay System:

  • Three HUDs: main status panel, Spotify NOW PLAYING panel, and chat panel
  • Independent opacity controls for each panel
  • Configurable positions for all HUD elements

• In-Game Commands (/sk):

  • /sk spotify [play|pause|toggle|status|refresh|login|logout|client <id>|set <artist> - <title>]
  • /sk menu / /sk config - Open main configuration menu
  • /sk hud [on|off|toggle], /sk hud opacity <0-100>
  • /sk nowplaying [on|off|toggle], /sk nowplaying opacity <0-100>
  • /sk chat [on|off|toggle], /sk chat opacity <0-100>
  • /sk twitch channel <name>, /sk twitch clear
  • /sk lang <en|es|ca|auto>, /sk status, /sk help

• Persistent Configuration:

  • JSON config saved to .minecraft/config/streamerkit.json
  • Language switching (English/Spanish/Catalan auto)
  • Default opacity: 70% (main HUD + chat), 85% (NOW PLAYING)
  • Default positions: corner-based with manual adjustment

• Language Support:

  • Full English (default)
  • Complete Spanish translations
  • Catalan translations
  • Auto-detection based on game language

• Build System:

  • Gradle-based build with ./gradlew build
  • Root project orchestrates 5+ subprojects
  • ./gradlew printTargets lists all supported targets
  • Parallel compilation enabled

🐛 Bug Fixes & Improvements

• v263 Build Fix: Updated Fabric API dependency to 0.163.0+26.3 for Minecraft 26.3 compatibility
• Token Expiry Handling: Improved ensureFreshToken() / refreshNow() logic with graceful fallback
• Manual Mode Priority: toggle() and setPlaying() properly fall back to local state when Web API fails
• Config Migration: Legacy spotifyHudEnabled → spotifyEnabled migration on config load
• Error Handling: Silent API failure logging via logApiFailure() without breaking mod execution

📦 Technical Changes

• New Subproject: v263 for Minecraft 26.3 with Fabric API 0.163.0+26.3
• Java Version Requirements:
  • Minecraft 1.21.11: Java 21
  • Minecraft 26.x: Java 25 (JDK 25 required)
• Loom Plugin: 1.17-SNAPSHOT for all subprojects
• Dependencies: fabric-loader, fabric-api, mojang:minecraft
• All 6 versions compile successfully with ./gradlew build
