Fixed tickrate issues with previous crop detection method (by writing a new one again)

Fixed server potentially becoming unresponsive after disconnecting in nether

Fixed golem inserting item into full containers (temporary fix) - golem will just drop the item in the full container

In the future I'm considering making it try and find an alternative container nearby. I just need to assess the potential performance impact

Fixed some config options not being interpreted properly

Fixed melons not being immediately detected when grown

Improved mod compat (should support all the crops of simple farming, should properly block update the top half of 2-block tall crops, etc.)

Reorganization behind the scenes

Features

Golem now shivers in rain and water as well (not just in cold) - also detects cold and in water better

Golem now has an additional visual decay state, with a fly particle as well!

Other things I'm probably forgetting

Now works in 1.16.1 as well
