4 more game rules which each change some crauy things :)

TnTRun -> makes it aso that entities which die explode.

EffectRun -> Makes it so that spwning gives you up to 6 randome effects which can lead to interesting scenarios. Like instantly dying or floating into sky. Also all other entities have randome effects.

DummyRun -> Gives the player more hearts each time he gets damage. try finishing the game when you have so many hearts it fills your screen :D

ScarryRun -> Makes it so that mobs are much stronger and in the future will also hopefully be very scarry.

Plus changes on the existing Rules BlockCraft and ChatRun :) Try asking Gglitch for help.
