What's new

Stow companion 1.0.1

Companion version aligned with Stow 1.0.1. Connected-log stripping and harvesting behavior is unchanged; there are no gameplay, control or settings changes. Existing server configuration remains compatible and requires no migration.

The 1.0.1 release hardens the client update checker by rejecting metadata responses larger than 8 MiB, and adds pinned checksum verification for the Gradle distribution and development dependencies. The companion does not run the client update checker.

For Minecraft 26.3, Fabric Loader 0.19.5+, Java 25+ and Fabric API 0.161.0+26.3. Install this JAR on the server, or alongside the Stow client for single-player. Cloth Config and Mod Menu are not required by the companion. The Stow client remains a separate download.
