O) this mod adds a command "/stoplan"

- which stops the singleplayer world lan multiplayer session without needing to reload the world, so you dont need to save and quit to title if you wanna stop lan !
- this command can be used by - World host or OP.
- you only need this mod on host side, clients can join without it.
