What's new

-the max level of sockets in the stones is configureable (has been raised to 200)

-fixed a minor bug with rune boni calculation

-WIP: Skill Editor - accessable via a button in the pause screen skills can be fully edited, loaded into the game and tested without restarting the game. (this also works on servers nicely)
Achtung! Work in progress (cant stress that one enough) I tried to clean up the translastion but there can be german phrases here and there.
