Fixes

• Improved compatibility with modded saplings when sifting Dirt.
• Saplings are no longer required to be correctly included in the vanilla #minecraft:saplings tag to be detected.
• Fixed compatibility with Pale Garden - Update, allowing its Pale Oak Sapling to appear normally from Dirt sifting.
• Added a more robust fallback system for detecting modded saplings while still respecting Stonecutter Sifting's exclusion tags.

Balance

• Rebalanced Dirt sapling drops to make uncommon and modded trees less frustrating to obtain.
• Reduced the Oak Sapling weight from 80% to 60% within the sapling drop pool.
• Increased the combined weight of all other eligible saplings from 20% to 40%.
• The overall 15% chance of receiving a sapling from Dirt remains unchanged.
