Adds a bit of Halloween spirit to Minecraft with autumn colors, spooky mobs, festive food items, and more!

What's new
- Nerfed almost every mob to be easier
- Devils now only spawn in the Nether, no longer in the Overworld
- Mummies now only spawn in deserts and badlands variants instead of all Overworld biomes
- New food item: Bag of Candy, crafted with any 9 candy items
- Candy food items now have the #candy tag
- Changed all mobs to use custom sound events instead of vanilla sound events, and gave every mob sound a custom subtitle
- Werewolf howls are now half as loud and half as frequent
- Picking apples is now a custom sound event with a custom subtitle
- Added a couple new splash texts
