Adds a production table that contains multiple modular crafting tables and/or furnaces.
What's new
Crafting grids now have clear buttons. Clicking on a clear button moves all items from the grid to the player's inventory.
Achievements (and statistics) triggered by crafting or smelting items can now be triggered in the Production Table.
Map recipes including other maps, now work properly in the production table.
