Tiny crashing bugs that were found after release of 0.3.3. Along with this some more language files have been submitted so this update will include those too. The Emperor has been reverted to work more like a basic gun, its usable but isnt as fleshed out as it can be. Speed, Persistence, Range and Damage all affect it as well despite this.

- Guidebook has updated info for 2 stats. Speed & Range. (English only right now)
- Magicians Red fire is now linked to mobGriefing rule. Wont place fire.

Bugfixes
====================
- Aja Mask recipe now fixed.
- The Emperor now works, as a basic gun at least.
- GoldExperience no longer crashes when unsummoned from rushing.
- Logs and grass should drop blocks correctly from stand punches.
- Stand energy no longer resets to 10 depending on configs.
- Dark cloak name change and texture fix.
- Echoes Sonar ability now translates.
- Max Power Energy now increases correctly. See Note 1.

Note 1 : Power Energy was linked to Stand Energy so messed each other up.

Known Bugs

- Timestop is still bugged and does NOT work properly, config to enable.

Potential Bugs
====================
- Players sprint disables after using Stand rush attack. Unable to replicate.
