Supported game versions

- Removed Server_Enabled flag, which should have no use for now.

- Now Stellar Sky necessiates FBO support. Every device with shader support should also support FBOs, so no device will be affected.

- Now Stellar Sky API(API provided by Stellar Sky) is deprecated. Stellar API will inherit it.
