This is a simple mod that adds a new projectile weapon the "Spin Ball" from manga JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. This mod adds several variations of the Spin Ball, a naturally spawning NPC required to progress through the mod, two new "Spin" potion effects, and a book showcasing all the Spin Balls and their crafting recipes.
