- The missing-mods screen now shows each file's byte progress and its download, verification,
  installation or failure state. Long names and error messages can be read in a tooltip.
- Failed downloads can be retried without downloading successfully installed mods again. Retry
  remains available after a complete failure; restarting Minecraft is a separate action.
- Downloads can be cancelled while keeping installed files. Accepted Steam invites wait until an
  active download finishes, and leaving the screen stops its worker.
- Transfers have a deadline covering the entire response, enforce the file-size limit while
  receiving bytes, and verify SHA-512 before installation. Failed replacements restore the previous
  JAR, and temporary downloads are cleaned up. Download redirects are checked against the approved
  mod CDNs.
