This is a huge update.
First, I fixed the listeners so that audio now works within the 128 range.

Second, it seems that the particles have also disappeared as a result of this fix.

Fixed the TaCZ HUD bug.

Significantly optimized network traffic.

All in all, I think this is a good update :)
