What's new

Complete migration from NeoForge version 1.21.1 to Forge 1.20.1 of the STATS SURGE 0.2.1 version, with a minor change.

- A new concept of inherited Monster entities has been added; these often appear covered in blood and provide significantly more health points.

- The bug in the Config.java file remains; this will be fixed in the next 0.3 update for all versions.
