- Reduced transmitted health history to at most 300 spike-preserving points.
- Refresh connected clients immediately after built-in permission defaults are saved, invalidating cached authorized views without polling or reconnecting.
- Add a persisted Blocks Placed Mining metric from Minecraft's successful-use counters for registered block items, while retaining Blocks Mined separately.
