The Balance Update

In this update I added balancing to the stasis chambers. Now the normal stasis chambers have to be reloaded with ender pearls after use. But if you use a stasis upgrade on the stasis chamber then you can permanently use the stasis chamber without having to reload it. Also fixed multiplayer bugs (report bugs you find in the discord server).
