Adds the entity known as the Scarecrow

The Scarecrow can be in three forms

Watching, Harvest, and Slaughter

When the Scarecow watches, it will do nothing except watch you froma distance.

The Scarecrow can randomly harvest a large portion of crops when you are not looking, destroying all of it.

The Scarecrow roams at night, killing a large amount of animals.

DOES NOT USE THE AI OF THE CAVE DWELLER WHATSOEVER
