Stargate Journey: Atlantis DHD

Versions 1.0.x fix the Atlantis DHD table provided by SGJ:Additions and provide a working dialer. Version 2.0.x is ONLY compatible with SGJ v0.6.48-hotfix1 or higher and provides its own DHD table no longer requiring SGJ:Additions.

For sanity sake v2.0.1 naming was bumped directly to v2.0.2.
Replaced the Atlantis DHD table model and updated the GUI to match other Ancient consoles and related blocks.
Added gate-specific constellation symbols to the physical table buttons.
Constellation symbols that are pressed in the GUI dialer are now shown on the physical table block for a more immersive experience.
Fixed crashes when opening the DHD GUI.
Added an optional F8 position editor, disabled by default and controlled through the client configuration. This allows offset adjustments to the GUI buttons if needed.
