DOES NOT WORK ON NEWER VERSIONS OF SGJ beyond 0.6.44

Added the Pegasus Upgraded Iris/Shield.
Added stricter version enforcement so outdated clients can no longer connect with older patch builds.

Atlantis DHD UI improvements.

The Atlantis Iris/Shield is currently only accessable via creative mode. A future version will contain an additional survival mode method of crafting/retrieving the iris block item.

Due to testing/bug fixes the version was bumped to 1.0.4
