A lightweight friendship tweak for Starfield Pastoral that stops NPC friendship from decaying, removes the weekly gift limit, and lets you set any NPC's friendship level directly.

Initial Release
- No Friendship Decay: NPC friendship never drops below the highest value it's ever reached, even if you don't talk to or gift that NPC for a while
- Infinite Gifts: removes the weekly 2-gift limit, so you can give as many gifts as you want to every NPC
- Set Friendship: config screen with one field per NPC (all 41 townsfolk) to set their friendship directly in hearts (0–8 for marriage candidates, 0–10 for everyone else) — no need to talk or gift at all
- Both toggles (No Friendship Decay, Infinite Gifts) can be switched on/off independently in the config
